Art-Centered
In our work together, art becomes a powerful tool for self-expression, helping you uncover unconscious insights, process difficult emotions, and cultivate a deeper connection with your authentic self.
Body-Centered
The body holds memory and is the vehicle that informs our daily experience. Moving out of the mind and into felt sensation is the first step in cultivating a new experience. In our work together, we may use techniques like breathwork, movement, or somatic practices to release stored tension, promote healing, and support emotional balance.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness allows us to bring awareness and compassion to the self and others. In our work together, mindfulness will help cultivate acceptance reducing suffering and facilitate true, lasting peace.
Transpersonal
Transpersonal therapy explores the deeper aspects of human experience. In our work together, this might include exploring dreams, personal symbols, altered states, or mindfulness practices to help you connect with your inner wisdom and a sense of meaning beyond the personal self.
